About the Founder

Dr. Dean R. Radtke, national and international vision facilitator, ministry and corporate counsel and strategic planner is the founder of The Ministry Institute, an organization established to support CEO’s and Ministry Leaders accomplish the visions God has given them.

He is a leader in professional and personal performance coaching and advising pastors and ministry leaders worldwide. Dr. Radtke focuses on protecting their anointing, equipping them with solid leadership techniques, and positioning them to be extraordinary leaders producing extraordinary results.

Dr. Radtke has twenty-five years of senior corporate and ministry leadership and management experience – a lifetime of proven excellence with an exceptional record of results.

His educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University, United States Navy Commissioned Officer’s School, United States Navy Leadership and Intelligence Schools, American Management Association and Business Management Training, Ordained Minister, Doctor of Ministry and Vice Chancellor of the Board of Regents, Phoenix University of Theology.

He has developed a burden and in-depth understanding of the challenges facing vital leaders – having worked directly for Admiral John S. McCain, U.S. Atlantic Fleet; James E. Preston, Chairman, Avon Products, Inc.; Lex Wexner, Chairman, The Limited, Inc. multimillion dollar, Fortune 500 companies; and as Executive Administrator for Pastor Rod Parsley, World Harvest Church and Breakthrough Television.

Dr. Radtke received multiple new business concepts, worked for and consulted with numerous fast-track, highly –torqued corporations, a recipient of the U.S. Navy commendation for distinguished service, New York Advertising and International CLIO awards for creativity, and President Ronald Reagan Recognition for Advisement and Volunteerism.
