4. Why is there a link between ICCF, The Ministry Management and Leadership Institute and the Partnership for Pastors?
ICCF and The Institute founded by Dean Radtke have a shared vision to provide a safe environment for pastors to find coaching, mentoring and help with the hurts and challenges unique to ministers. Additionally, the ICCF board members have all benefited greatly from Dean Radtke and The Institute.

5. Why is ICCF membership free for those who support Partnership for Pastors?
ICCF serves as an adjutant to the mission of the Institute by helping to provide that safe environment for pastors to get the help and support and safe harbor that they need so that they can more efficiently carry out their duties as ministry CEO’s.

6. I am not a part of the Partnership for Pastors, can I still apply for ICCF membership?
YES!

7. What benefit is there to me in joining ICCF?
ICCF is for ministers who actually want accountability, transparency and loving support. It is for ministers who actively want professional and personal growth and change. ICCF offers real hands-on support from real pastors who are actively serving churches. ICCF offers real, practical and useful coaching and training through its meetings, newsletters and personal contact with other ICCF members and mentors.

8. How is ICCF different from other fellowships?
ICCF membership is limited. It accepts into membership only as many ministers as it can realistically provide quality and substantive support to. ICCF is interested in your individual growth as a minister not just the growth of the organization. It is not established to just have annual preaching meetings. It is specifically designed for practical help, support, fellowship and the establishment of relationships.

9. What responsibility would I have to ICCF?
Be a minister with a genuine commitment to growth and openness to change. Support, attend and take advantage of ICCF training and fellowship opportunities. Actively walk in high integrity and Godly character. Support ICCF financially if you are not a part of the Partnership for Pastors.
