
1. What is ICCF?
ICCF is a fellowship of men and women of God established for the purpose
of growing covenant relationships through the Word of God, Spirit
and Love. It has been designed to build ministry accountability through
respect and commitment, ICCF provides equipping through fathering
and mentoring and offers healing and restoration in a safe environment.
2. How do I join?
To become a part of ICCF you will need to request an application packet.
3. Who is ICCF for?
ICCF is for men and women in ministry who desire growth and accountability
as well as fellowship with like-minded ministers.
4. Why is there a link between ICCF, The Ministry Management and
Leadership Institute and the Partnership for Pastors?
ICCF and The Institute founded by Dean Radtke have a shared vision
to provide a safe environment for pastors to find coaching, mentoring
and help with the hurts and challenges unique to ministers. Additionally,
the ICCF board members have all benefited greatly from Dean Radtke
and The Institute.
5. Why is ICCF membership free for those who support Partnership
for Pastors?
ICCF serves as an adjutant to the mission of the Institute by helping
to provide that safe environment for pastors to get the help and support
and safe harbor that they need so that they can more efficiently carry
out their duties as ministry CEO’s.
6. I am not a part of the Partnership for Pastors, can I still apply
for ICCF membership?
YES!
7. What benefit is there to me in joining ICCF?
ICCF is for ministers who actually want accountability, transparency
and loving support. It is for ministers who actively want professional
and personal growth and change. ICCF offers real hands-on support
from real pastors who are actively serving churches. ICCF offers
real, practical and useful coaching and training through its meetings,
newsletters and personal contact with other ICCF members and mentors.
8. How is ICCF different from other fellowships?
ICCF membership is limited. It accepts into membership only as many
ministers as it can realistically provide quality and substantive
support to. ICCF is interested in your individual growth as a minister
not just the growth of the organization. It is not established to
just have annual preaching meetings. It is specifically designed
for practical help, support, fellowship and the establishment of
relationships.
9. What responsibility would I have to ICCF?
Be a minister with a genuine commitment to growth and openness to
change. Support, attend and take advantage of ICCF training and
fellowship opportunities. Actively walk in high integrity and Godly
character. Support ICCF financially if you are not a part of the
Partnership for Pastors.
